We are a mindfulness studio/family practice that incorporates holistic approaches to life incorporating all four bodies (mental, emotional, physical & spiritual), while exploring different tools to increase our consciousness.
We are building a SOUL TRIBE where YOU Retreat & pour into yourself, through our array of services (phone, zoom or in-person), classes and workshops.
We believe that we can change the world by incorporating SELF LOVE practices into our daily lives.
We believe that if we can achieve SELF LOVE, we can receive the LOVE we are all seeking.
We believe that our children can help shift the world and through providing them with additional tools & resources to learn, cope with stress, anxiety & all the dynamics of a changing world they can make an impact on the world, this is why we offer classes & workshops for children.
